20 August 2017: Time to wave goodbye to our good old friend! Somehow this day seemed to have arrived out of the blue; it felt like only yesterday that Nic broke the news of his adventurous plans and there we were, bang in the middle of Liverpool’s (windy!) Albert Docks.

Without further ado, we’ll let the pics speak for themselves. Just to add that we had a great weekend with Nic, his friends and family 🙂 And while we wouldn’t start the journey ourselves (if we hadn’t known before, a private tour of the board and its “facilities” confirmed all of our concerns!) we wish Nic all the very best. Mast- und Schotbruch, as they say in German!
